How I Started:
I use to lift weights as a teen and had a decent phisique but when i furthered my studies in the UK due to lack of money and time i stopped lifting weights and started being a couch potato instead.
Why I Love It:

Well i'm making shitty attemps trying to regain my phisique , lost it in a mere few months, that what eating once a day and lack of sleep will do to you, getting lots of extra skin and strech marks on my biceps and chest, clothes don't fit well anymore. **** that shit i'm gonna sort this...
no carbs? wow!! not that it's impossible, but it's not easy either :).. by carbs, u mean rice n bread rite? any supplement recomendation? FYI, i'm just wanna lose fat at the moment.. not yet into building muscle. do advice

thanks for compliment bro...now i'm trying to drink more than 4 liters a day...sometime couldn't stand pissing all the time,currently i'm entering the busiest period of my semester...hohoho letih siut
as you can see i need more definition besides gaining muscles lor...leceh sebab takut catabolic...can you suggest anything for my cardio program? currently doing 30 min 3-4 times a week...

huh susah nak tambah besar nih, slow gila progress, nak shed bodyfat mcm susah laaa...sebab tu beli fat burner murah2 nak cut bodyfat,tuna pun tak larat dah nak telan sampai 3 tin sehari, sekarang 1-2 tin jer, telur lebih skit...dapat 85kg-90kg around 10% fat jadi la...kirim barang boleh ker?

huih banyak giler you komen page I, yg harga yang 600+ tuh muscle tech tub besar 1.8kg punyer, semua barang kat malaysia nak naik, weider punyer whey biasa 2.7kg dah rm463 from rm308, gnc punyer products bakal naik, tapi dier hold up the price.
Lose d beer and increase cardio!Cut down carbs and sugar too!Lotsa fibre,protein and slow release carbs(low glycemix index)Cardio b4 breakfast(1 hour at least) otherwise HIT cardio after weight session for a min of 20 mins.TAke some flax seed oil and some L-carnitine(1-3gm daily)Good luck!
