Man...Cut diet is really tough..the easiest part is eating 7 meals /day..the hardest part is cutting out all the good stuff (icecream, sweets [cookies], even cutting down on bananas!!!) 

For the mostpart my diet consists of 7 meals 2-3 hours apart:
