Back in high school weight room i was lookin around and wanted to be one of the bigger guys in there. so i made it happen.
Why I Love It:
It is a crazy rush when your are in there pushing your body to the limit each day. I am a naturally high strung person so i need that release. Its an addiction to see and feel results and increases, there are few things in life that feel better then that. I am also a very competitive person and in the gym there will always be someone in better shape or bigger then you, so it makes you keep coming back so that maybe one day there wont be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy, i look for my flaws and try to correct them, and i also just find the person in better shape then me and do what it takes to be better than that person. I refuse to ever get out of shape or fat and live that lifestyle, its not for me.
BB Accomplishments:
As a junior in high school i was added to our 1000 pound club. ( bench press one rep max + squat one rep max + deadlift one rep max = 1000lbs or more), other then that i dont know, maybe when i hit 300lbs on my bench press max.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
hmm. not 100% sure. ill get back to you guys on that one

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my knee originally in football but hten finished it off while squatting. I was injured for quite a while bc my Dr screwed up and said was ok for a year then i got numerous other opinions and then surgery to fix it up. recovery time wasnt long, bc i had a great PT who got me back to 100% in no timeI hurt my knee originally in football but hten finished it off while squatting. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I am looking at this organization to do my certification through...Does anyone have any feedback on them. I am just trying to make sure they are as good as i hear....
