hey bro, id do 3 full body w/o a week, with cardio the days between lifting, as far as supps gom, ome decent protein, and cut some calories with a gd diet. gd luck

it worth a try but if you got a crappy diet there aint no point, just keep lifting add some cardio and clean diet.. gd luck bro

you dont need fat burners, they do shit all. just keep a clean diet, maybe add in a little cardio and eat about 300 calories under maintenance
