I just decided enough is enough... I need to lose the weight and get myself back into shape so i've started training. we'll have to see how long it lasts.

Hi ppl. its been a while since i last posted but i have been working out as much as i possibly could 3-4 times a week.
But I don't seem to be able to shed the pounds, like i did in the first few months. So i've decided to change my workout to make it more intense.
