Background
I started working out because of sports. I played collegiate and professional baseball for 6 years. When I was done with athletics, I was missing the competitive life-style I was accustomed to. With having been in a gym most of my adult life and worked in a gym as a trainer, I decided last year to start bodybuilding. It has been a true blessing and something I look forward to doing daily.
I love bodybuilding for the discipline that is involved. Physically, one must put forth extreme amounts of effort in an attempt to overcome any short comings and mentally, one has to have a clear game plan and be able to execute it day-in and day-out. A fantastic way to organize not only a healthy life-style, but also other aspects of life.

Posted in Training : Dec 30, 2010 11:39amWe are all guilty for this one. Alcohol is the mainstay food source for a college student, the food of choice during the big game, and the first thing many people think of to help them "relax" or "unwind." Well, I am here to help you with some details about alcohol so that you can make better decisions about using it or not. I don't think any natural bodybuilder can be competetive drinking booze regularly, off season or not. Just not good for you and you shouldn't be drinking it anywa
