Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): my goal is to lose all body fat and get down to 180lbs
Goal (Long): to get what i was is not going to happen over night its going to take a long time althou i am a very head strong person, right now i believe i am on the right track, working very hard 5 days a week in the gym, i drink stictly water and eat very healthy, anyways im looking to lose about 10-20lbs of fat and gain alot of muscle all over my body, i need to work on my chest area and my biceps the most
