I alternate my workouts every two weeks so it does not get boring or repetitive.
I'll start with two weeks of High intensity training, 1-2 sets of max reps for about 10 major body parts 3 times weekly.
After two weeks I'll do supersets for 2 weeks combining body parts; i.e....
