I had always been involved in sports and dance throughout high school. Then after a few years in college I started lifting weights seriously.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and eating healthy simply because it makes me feel good. I also love the way I look.

I want to get down to 15% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I want to get down to 15% body fat. My goal is to lose 5-7% body fat per month until I reach my goal. I've never been that low in body fat(that I know of anyway). I've always wanted to see muscle definition in my legs and abs. I've always been athletic and involved in sports, dance, etc. I know I can achieve this goal. It will just take a lot of work and dedication.

Well I'm just trying to keep up with the gym right now. I'm back in school and it is so hard finding the will to get there. Some days I want to go to let off some steam, but others I just want to relax. I'm trying to get there 5 times a week. The only days I take off are the days I'm at school...

That is the main thing – you had fun. I do the 10k races with my Dad. We like to see who can get the better time. So far, we are tied at one race apiece. The tie-breaker is coming up on the 26th!
