How I Started:
I had always been involved in sports and dance throughout high school. Then after a few years in college I started lifting weights seriously. I have gone up and down a lot in weight since high school. My main goal is to keep exercising and eating healthy consistently.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and eating healthy simply because it makes me feel good. I also love the way I look when I keep at it consistently.

I want to get down to 15% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I want to get down to 15% body fat. My goal is to lose 5-7% body fat per month until I reach my goal. I've never been that low in body fat(that I know of anyway). I've always wanted to see muscle definition in my legs and abs. I've always been athletic and involved in sports, dance, etc. I know I can achieve this goal. It will just take a lot of work and dedication.

Well I just finished my last workout for phase 2, and I feel really good (except my back is pretty sore). I think I'm going to take tomorrow off to try to rest my back. I don't want to re-injure it. Still looking for jobs with my degree. Hopefully I will find something in the next couple of...
