only just started lifting properly, in the past i never changed workouts sticking to 3 x 10 of everything.
now ive got a good training ethic and the right mix of supps to reach my goals. Ive cleaned up my diet,however im never gonna compete so its not super strict!
Why I Love It:
that pumped up feeling when you leave the gym is all the motivation i need!
How I Stay Motivated:
being in the british army i need a good balance of cardio fitness,strength and being robust
from the 17th nov for 8 weeks i will be training in the pursuit of the famous "x" frame.
im looking to add lean mass while keeping my waist as trim as possible.
the first 4 weeks will consist of the following....
DAY 1
Shoulders + Traps
Behind the neck overhead press 4x6-8
Wide grip upright row...
thanks for stopping by, the training's is going very well. already start seeing changes more to my upper body than lower, but patience and dedication is the key. so need to go harder on myself! lolz
