It's one of the best stress relievers out there.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the feeling AFTER a workout, the high is unbelievable. However, I am looking for better motivation. I want to enjoy the beginning and middle parts of working out as well.
I've always been a chubby kid but athletic nonetheless. I have never EVER achieved a six pack, and now that the college days are behind me I think it is time. I've got only one life to live and I want it to be as healthy as possible. I want to find motivating elements that stay consistent and reliable and not fall back into seasonal fitness which has been the bane of my existence.
Thanks man I appreciate it, the Eas wpi is great, tastes good mixed with skinny milk and mixes really easily, the Pvl mutant mass is good, I mix it 4 scoops with just under 1000ml water and it's quite palatable and so far I have seen gains whilst using it but since I stack Kre-alkalyn and Glutamine as well as BCAA's and I also have a pretty solid diet I only really use it as a bedtime shake, I've added you as well hope you don't mind
thanks man! I've tried their vanilla...yeah not a huge fan, it tasted god awful! Maybe their chocolate is better. haha! The stuff I'm using now isn't quite muscle milk flavor, but it's not too bad. lot's of protein, and little fat/carbs.
