Começou a praticar musculação com interesse de ficar "sarada", pois se achava um pouco magra. Na época se matriculou numa academia onde treinou por um mês apenas, por falta de incentivo, Andressa a ser hoje uma das mais belas atletas do Brasil.

u aconselho ter força de vontade, pois é o que eu digo sempre, se você tem um objetivo, nada pode ser mais forte que ele, ainda mais um chocolate, rsrs. Nós conseguimos tudo aquilo que queremos, é só ter dedicação. E claro, que ter alguém como incentivo também ajuda muito.
