I'm pretty small and scrawny when i first started out. Weighing at 93 lbs!

There's a slight weight gain, not alot but im still happy. Still on the 5x5 routine, but now lookin for a new one. My chest just doesn't want to grow anymore, but at least my arms are catchin up.

Well...this is my attempt to bulk....but it wasn't that good. I also switched my routine to the 5x5.

Still on the 5x5 routine. Current supplements; 100% whey protein, and multivitamins. Current weight 110 lbs. I put on 17 lbs so far. I think it's mostly muscle weight since i'm very low on bodyfat.
