I'm pretty small and scrawny when i first started out. Weighing at 93 lbs!
There's a slight weight gain, not alot but im still happy. Still on the 5x5 routine, but now lookin for a new one. My chest just doesn't want to grow anymore, but at least my arms are catchin up.
Monday
Squat 5x5
Ramping weight to top set of 5 (which should equal the previous Friday's heavy triple)
Bench 5x5

Barbell Row 5x5

wow man that's incredibly fast improvement. just 8 months! how many calories were you eating? I'm planning on using 5x5 again for my next program, although I always hit plateau on it on the 5th or 6th week.
How is it going? Are you still hold on? How are you looking now? When you put some updated shots? How did you get your abs so ripped? Anything specific that helped. You are mega ripped. Nice work.
Dude you are amazing. You accomplished what you wanted. It paid off. You look great. I wish I had your will power at 18. Dont worry about being short. You are really tall in what you acommplished. You did it for you. That all tha matters. Keep up the good work and be proud. Im proud of you.
Great progress, you seem to make fast gains, and all of them relatively lean as well. What type of 5x5 are you on? And also, if i can ask, what were your lifting stats after rippetoe, you know, right before switching to the 5x5?
