What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Uphill walking/elliptical
Due to tearing, ehhh more so blowing out both ACLs/MCLs, etc playing collegiate volleyball...I'm not able to run at all. I enjoy doing any cardio that doesn't directly impact my knees - cycling, swimming, etc. Uphill walking/elliptical

Hi girly, thank u soo much 4adding me, and thank u 4 ur comments ur soo nice, really appreciate, i feel blessed that i can be an insperation 2someone. U look great by tha way. 2answer ur question- 2lose body fat- just be patient, it'll happen, do ur cardio, do ur weight as well, resistance training is important as cardio. Try to eat 5-7 meals a day, have complex carbs - stay away from simple sugars, have enough protein - about 20gr. per meal, let me know how ur progress goes. Good luck, Dina
