Goal (Long):
I think not being a fat ass anymore is goal enough for me. I just look back on the days when i was built like a Freight Train then look at myself now and realize how bad i let myself go.
Well all, It happened. One day while in the gym i was hanging a 25 Lb plate back on the rack. Just as the weight was about to hit the rack i heard and felt a crunch between my shoulder blades. It didnt hurt at first. But as the day progressed it worsened. What bagan as a dull ache slowly...

yo vic - cool pics man. i can tell at a glance, as you drop some BF and that definition starts peeling thru.. your gonna look like a ****in BEAST brotha!! stay focused and keep the hammer down, lets have a great week
My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, possibly sooner than you think. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Get in touch with either of us if you wish.
Hey Brother, keep up the great work. I have been there myself with a broken back and know how it can be! You will get there! Keep me posted. Stay strong and focused!
Hey Vic! Hang in there bid, once you reach the 1 month mark all the junkfood/beer cravings and physical pains should be pretty much faded. Im gonna send you a pm today of tips / info that ive learned or has helped me along the way. Maybe you can use some of em.
