How I Started:
Well i used to be a Powerlifter up untill 2001 when i was in a Vehicle accident and suffered a broken Back. But im re-creating myself after a long time away.
Why I Love It:
Its getting me back in shape and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember what i used to be and want it all back.
Im tired of endless sets. Im tired of spending hours in the gym and getting little to show for it. I want to be BIG. Not body builder big. I want to be POWERLIFTER big. I would rather be able to actually move a ton then LOOK like i can move a ton.

My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, possibly sooner than you think. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Get in touch with either of us if you wish.
Hey Brother, keep up the great work. I have been there myself with a broken back and know how it can be! You will get there! Keep me posted. Stay strong and focused!
Hey Vic! Hang in there bid, once you reach the 1 month mark all the junkfood/beer cravings and physical pains should be pretty much faded. Im gonna send you a pm today of tips / info that ive learned or has helped me along the way. Maybe you can use some of em.
