I want to look good in a bikini and not worry about pudge!
Goal (Long):
I have always been relatively skinny but I would like to not have any pudge around my middle-section. Sometimes when I wear a bikini or tight pants I'll have a little fat bulging at the top over my pants or bikini (see pic!). I want my pants to sit on my hip bones.. not on a layer of fat! And when I sit down I don't want to have rolls. I'm hoping with keeping track of what I'm eating, cardio, and some weight training I'll be able to get a beach body by May!

Man I been changin' up my routine, adding more weight and hittin hard all week! Yesterday was 4 sets leg ext+leg curl whole stack, superset with toe raises (whole stack) then ass to the grass squats (only 135 now) superste with seated toe raise; then pulley crunches and hanging leg wheels (raise with a turn)...Today, I just want to SLEEP!
Welcome to the forum, from on "Looavul" citizen to another. I'm far away now, but Louisville will always be home. Good luck with the training. Lot's of good help here on bodyspace, and great encouragement.
