Try supersets.4 sets of each excercise for reps of 6-10 .Seated dumbell curls / close grip bench.Barbell curls / seated overhead dumbell presses or skullcrushers.Cablecurls /tricep pressdowns. concentration curls /kickbacks . .If you want to do less or drop some excercises thats fine.I use moderatley heavy weight , careful to avoid injury .never neglect forearms last is wrist curls. dumbells give me a greater ROM
