How I Started:
My friend and I started lifting in his garage with just a bench and a bar. I liked it so I joined a gym and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
The feeling after a good workout is like nothing else and seeing the physical changes week after week makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
i look at my old pictures and how my progress has come and that keeps me motivated enough to keep going to the gym everyday

So in the heart of my training, the most important 8 week section, I fall playing basketball and break my ankle. WTF?!! Now im in a cast for 4 weeks and the doctor says I cant train again almost 3 months. I dont know what im gonna do

keep to your goal, its more about mental toughness than pyhsical toughness! your body will tell your when to push and when to rest, when its time to push dont let your mind tell you not to!

I suggest checking out Body for Life and seeing what you think of their body transformation program. I lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following it. The main thing is to eat 5 or 6 small, clean, healthy meals a day, work out with weights 3-4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week. I wish you much success with whatever program you choose and look forward to watching you progress.
