So in the heart of my training, the most important 8 week section, I fall playing basketball and break my ankle. WTF?!! Now im in a cast for 4 weeks and the doctor says I cant train again almost 3 months. I dont know what im gonna do
Day 1:
4 sets of incline press 8-12 reps.
4 sets of dips 12-15 reps.
Finish off with 4 sets of cable flys 12-15 reps
Day 2:
3 sets of chins or assisted chins 8-12 reps with stretching the back in between each set.
4 sets of low rows squeezing each rep for a second. 10-12 reps.
4 sets...
Looks like you've made some great progress on lowering your weight and increasing your lifting gains! Keep it up man, it's tough, but it all pays in the end!
keep to your goal, its more about mental toughness than pyhsical toughness! your body will tell your when to push and when to rest, when its time to push dont let your mind tell you not to!
I suggest checking out Body for Life and seeing what you think of their body transformation program. I lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following it. The main thing is to eat 5 or 6 small, clean, healthy meals a day, work out with weights 3-4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week. I wish you much success with whatever program you choose and look forward to watching you progress.
