Thanks. The 4th of July weekend sucked for me coz I was down with tonsillitis. I was freaked out when I was down with tonsillitis. I lost mass and I missed out on lifting. Two weeks after, I found that I regained inches around my waist, but no such luck around the chest and arms. Anyway, thank goodness I can go back to pumping iron. Prisoner Squats is a kind of bodyweight squats where you put your hands behind your head.

A Prisoner Squat is basically a body weight exercise. Here's a brief description of how to do it (courtesy of Men's Health) Prisoner Squat 1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and lace your fingers behind your head. 2. Keeping your elbows back, bend at the hips and knees to lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Press back up to the starting position and repeat.
