How I Started:
I have been working out since 9th grade for wrestling. I got into my first bodybuilding show as a dare by some guys in the gym I train at now. I went to Buffalo and took second and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because its only me. I can't blame anyone else for a crappy workout or not getting the results that I want. Its me, myself and I against the wieght and myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch Jay Cutler's DVD and look around and see my kid sister and other people who look up to me and that keeps me motivated
BB Accomplishments:
I have never placed below second in any show I have competeed in and I won my Pro card in May of 2007. Now its off to conquer the pro ranks.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am following, as i have for four years, the Metobolic Diet that Mario Pasqual established. I love this diet as it is a life style. Its not for everyone but its based on a persons individual carb tolerence. Currently, as I ahve for four years, I eat 30-50 grams of carbs for six days with around 200-250 grams of protien and 25-40 grams of fat for six days straight. The seventh day I carb load eating complex carbs and drop my fat and protien down. I do this until I get "smooth" then back to the regular eating for the rest of the day and the following six.I am following, as i have for four years, the Metobolic Diet that Mario Pasqual established.
