My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
All body conditioning starting off
1)Warm up 15-30mins inclined treadmill sprints, stair climbers or eliptical.
2)Stretch for 20mins
3)Abbs for 30 mins 5 sets of 20 crunches . 2 sets of 20 oblique crunches.
4)Legs/claves 30-45 mins squats, leg press, lunges, step ups.
5) Arms, sholders back, 30-45min free weights
I change it up with the exception to warming, strething and abbsl altering days if my muscles are too soar. Slowly adding weight to the second set of reps.
