This picture was taken 3-1/2 yrs before I started working out. I wasn't in or out of shape, just somewhere in between. Best described as skinny fat build.
Trying to break my easy workout habit, while staying injury free.
Goal (Long):
I want to be in great physical shape. Looking for the athletic body, not pro huge, not small, but big enough. My goal weight is whatever it is after a lifetime of weightlifting. I should have some decent (recreational weightlifting) muscles by then. My commitment to the slowest bodybuilding plan of all times is 100%.
I joined again.... I was like a kid in a candy store. Legs have been lagging, but not anymore. Did lunges with dumbbells- and suffered for three days, but its ok. Did bench presses without issues. Deadlifts etc.... Motivation level increase. Till next blog, Bye.

Great progress! Yep - you have abs. (I'm not sure if I'll ever get those...) Good job building the chest. I've just started to be able to bench again after a blown tricep tendon. Best of luck staying injury free. JC
