This picture was taken 3-1/2 yrs before I started working out. I wasn't in or out of shape, just somewhere in between. Best described as skinny fat build.
Try to maintain the most weight while dealing with rotator cuff misery.
Goal (Long):
I want to be in great physical shape. Looking for the athletic body, not pro huge, not small, but big enough. My goal weight is whatever it is after 5 yrs of weightlifting. I should have some decent abs by then.
This past month and Oct so far have been a struggle to get to the gym. I need to get back into my sync. Workouts have been good, but lack direction. The interruptions and the RC problems, have got me second guessing all my workouts. My eating has been off, I wanted to stay at 200lbs...

Yoo, thanks for the comments on my workout I put together during IKE. Yeah that was some shitty times. I mean it's still not good but way better than it was! Yeah dude pushups are key man to gettin that chest right and your basic core strengthening of the body!
thanks...i liked it a lot but there is no substitute for eating 6 small meals and cutting out all sugar and refined carbohydrates. i lost 12 lbs with the combo.
My plan is to stay lean until the end of October, then start adding some real size for a show next November in Ft Lauderdale...for a shot at a NGA Pro Card.
Drea, thanx for the feedback buddy. U look good btw! Wish u much success. I've added some info to my training program if u are interested. Have a GREAT day. G.
Thanks for stopping by Drew!! Apprecaite your comments..always...nice new avatar on you, too. torso coming along nicely. My best to your rotator cuff, btw.
Drew, thanx for the comment. U got a great frame already and I am sure u will be successfull. Check out my training pogram section on my Bodyspace page, it contains a lot of info. Stay determined and focussed and make it happen. Keep me posted buddy. G.
Great progress! Yep - you have abs. (I'm not sure if I'll ever get those...) Good job building the chest. I've just started to be able to bench again after a blown tricep tendon. Best of luck staying injury free. JC
