Have still been training, mostly 5x5 type stuff but due to other commitments I'm finding it difficult to do it regularly or consistently.

Squats: 5×20kg 5×60kg 5×100kg 3×125kg 3×130kg 3×135kg Barbell Curls: 5×5 with 50kg Not much of a workout, hurt my shoulder yesterday so couldn't do bench press.

Squats: 5×20kg 5×60kg 3×5×100kg Military Press: 5×20kg 5×50kg 5×60kg 3×3×75kg Deadlifts: 5×60kg 5×100kg 5×140kg 3×3×162.5kg Chinups: 3×8×Bodyweight Have been missing some workouts unfortunately due to other commitments.
