How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
5-10 I go as low as 5 but as high as 10 depending on the exercise and the weight
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1-2 minutes for primary compound lifts 1 minute or less for auxillary lifts
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?

Timing is everything and you have it figured out I’d say. Lots of guys get to ripped and flat..I dont compete I need to maintain a certain look so on and off season is a risk I would have gave this new Bikini thing a shot if they had it a few years ago..

training going great now.. i had to make some adjustments with leg and back day! lol.
you learn from alot of other people who compete and have been training for years. Ive been training since 2000 and love it bro!!! I will be getting back on stage.. Just cost alot of money!
