How I Started:
I was working in the office, sitting all day, eating chocolate and doing nothing! Started having back pains and feeling like I`m in my 40s rather than 20s. I joined the gym with my friend form work. I loved it! I stared with doing a lot of cardio and limited weight exercises, but now thanks to bb.com I`ve changed my workout and seeing great results!
Why I Love It:
It makes me stronger, determined and more organized. It`s me, it`s the way I think and my new lifestyle that I love.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at my progress pictures and transformations on bb.com. Looking at what others achieved makes me believe that anything we really want is possible.

I cannot believe I have done it again... I have stopped eating healthy and exercising for a long time. There is no excuse... but I fell in love, happily, my boyfriend moved in with me and all my good habbits went out of the window. Late eating, lost of sugar packed sweets, no exercise......

Testing a few ideas out huh thats pretty cute the way you put that. WEll if you need any help let me know. im pretty good at getting people in really good shape. I just dont like dieting sometimes myself so. Love good food and good resturants
