How I Started:
I have always had a healthy lifestyle, but as I got older, I realized how much harder it was to take off the weight. Mike (My boyfriend) and I started working out together, and I have been doing my best to keep up with him...LOL...He is an Animal! Having gone through menopause, I can say that things do not move into place as they should...it takes a longer amount of time to see results...but I will do this!
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the changes in my body. Thank you for your love & Support Mike. (mike1961)
How I Stay Motivated:
Mike helps to keep me motivated. He helps me with my workouts, and I see his progress which keeps me going.

None as of yet....But I am working on it!

Goal (Overall):
I would like to get rid of the body fat, while building muscle. I am not looking for a relationship, nor am I wanting to HOOK-UP!
Goal (Long):
In addition to getting rid of the body fat, I would like to be able to do 15 chin-ups. As of today, 9-19-09 I can do 8 chin-ups. By my 50th birthday, I would like to enter a bodybuilding competition. My boyfriend (Mike1961) is standing by my side, and helping me. He encourages me to do those things that at one time, I did not think I could do. With his help, and I hope some of the wonderful people on the bodyspace page, I hope to make this dream a reality.

I want to LOSE 15 lb

Thanks Netta. Your trainer would be a better source as he/she is there close by to help with measuring bf%, nutrition, program etc. Hard to do from far away. Just remember though that diet is the key to success. Those last final weeks are what counts. I'm always here to support and encourage. This will be a very rewardig journey. You will inspire many!
