Things are great! Traveling with my new job. Super busy. I have lost two inches in my waist. I have not been on the scale but, I'm looking great in my clothes. I have not taken then supplements due to my travel. I just got back in town and I will start them again today. How are you?

Things are awesome... I recently started eating clean. The downside is I think it caused me to have acne. My body feels like it's detoxing. Maybe I'm over doing it with the veggies, LOL! I'm still working out 6 days a week and I'm taking supplements now. I will post new picks around 07/15.

Thanks so much for the motivation! Consistency is key. I'm on day 3 of eating clean and I'm eager to see the results. I have also started drinking protein supplements. I will keep you posted :o)
