How I Started:
I gave my life to the Lord and I wanted to start living a healthy lifestlye.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results when I work out. I have lost 30 pounds since March 20, 2009. I would eventually love to start lifting and transforming my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My faith in JESUS CHRIST!!! My brothers are gym rats and they really keep me motivated. I always have someone to work out with. The results keep me motivated too.

Being consistent with my workouts. If I miss a day at the gym, I work out at home.

Thank you to all of my friends on BB.com! You guys are AWESOME!! The support and advice keeps me motivated daily. I definitely work harder because I know you're in my corner!
I eventually would like to have that figure model look without the stress of the competition :o) I'm giving myself a year to complete this goal.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I only did cardio. I thought weights were for profesionals. I wish I would have started lifting months ago. I would have seen more progress by now.

Cause I'm paying for it. The pros are I get to people watch for motivation, the cons are they do not have enough machines and people are stinky and gross.

So, I got a new gig. It's pretty high profile and requires a lot of travel. I am very concerned how this will effect my workouts and my clean diet. I have a good routine going right now and I do not want to mess up my progress. At this point I know I will be traveling consistently for the next...

Its not a problem I would just hate to see you get side tracked esp. since your just starting out. I completly understand the issues with going back and forth with work. I am working in the office all this week just to go back to working nights for another two weeks and then back to days again. Not only is my sleep schedule out of whack but so is my eating schedule.

Hey Girl-things are going really well with me. I've been trying to eat as clean as possible without the cheats and it's showing! I'm looking much more leaner, my clothes are fitting looser, and I'm feeling much more healthier. What about you, how are things going?
You are welcome! I am really satisfied with the Scivation Products. I learned however I have to eat clean in order for any product to be effective. I tried lipo6 I wasnt eating right I am sure that is why they didnt really give me results! Good luck to you!
Good to hear its going well for you. Diet does affect if u bloat and such so keep that in mind as you splurge. Are you doing just crunchs or multiple exercises?Just cause its one are there are multiple locations to train on. If Steve's ab routine isnt showing u what u want stick with it a little longer could be you are making progress but its form the inside out.
If your trying to look a lil better in your clothing check out a product called Squeem on amazon. Its like a corset thingy. I noticed I had improved posture (big help in looking thinner), and it has boning to help you keep in that lil bump action. Get the kind that is a cloth with rubber built into it. The other two piece thing is horrible to wear and itchs like crazy.
