nice! good luck with the cardio. im trying to do more outdoorsy stuff (swimming and tennis) for cardio. Im still losing fat, but i gotta up the weightlifting and build myself up a little.

No i didn't work out yesterday. I had gym class, if that counts. I did today though, i did arms and cardio. What leg exercises do you do? Thats my trouble area.

my staples are chili with tons of boca ground, seitan, tofu scramble, soy shakes, and i am a clif bar freak. i eat them every day. i take them to school with me bc its delicious and ridiculouly easy.

Hey thanks! Yeah my main goal right now is diet. I've almost gotten it under control. It's mostly making sure im getting enough protein, which is tricky when you're vegan.
