How I Started:
started working out when i was in wrestling in middle school. only to keep weight basically. now i am more serious
Why I Love It:
love the way my body changes so quickly from working out. and setting goals then smashing them
How I Stay Motivated:
mostly from self motivation, but i have a good friend of the same size and type that is real intense about lifting

it WILL be when i can do a one handed pull-up or chin-up

want to add 15 - 20% more weight to all my lifts in a 10 week period.
in the process i figure i will be adding anywhere from 5 - 10 lbs of muscle, and losing 2 - 3 lbs of fat(that is questionable, since there isnt much fat
