Find a balance between healthy lifestyle, fun sports and work
Goal (Long):
I'm in the final year of my studies and won't have time to be as physically active as I used to be last year. Once I'm back home I hope I can work out a good plan with my trainer
hey man hows the game going on(volley), i heard there's a big competition here in Aruba, are you coming to play or see? if you come let me know ill introduce you to the champs of Aruba and maybe you can play too. cya
Thanks mate! Gotta say, your progress is already hugely noticeable. In a year you will be a monster. Wish you all the best, and if you decide to start a bodyblog I'll be checking in!
Thanks, I really appreciate it. One would be to be more symmetrical. I would also like it to be a bit easier to achieve; but then I guess if it was so easy it would not be worth going after. A third possible one would be to be a little more knowledgeable without the work!
Really it just seemed funny so I put it up. I wouldnt mind being able to spike the ball either! Have a good one...

hi, I train volleyball to 5 times a week 3 hours straight, and i go to the gym 5 times a week and train every body part, i think if you hit the gym and train whatever you want, it will help you in volleyball, keeps the muscles hard.
