I got started out working out because I wanted to get strong for basketball. Then I began to enjoy it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its a get away from your the outside world.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music..Its been hard staying motivated. When I got back from Iraq I was so tired of working out I stopped. And since then its been hard getting back but I'm back.
BB Accomplishments:
lifting 245..It might not seem like something to you but when i first lifted it and everyone stopped and looked at me. It felt pretty good.
I'm currently overseas right now and enjoying the fun and sun. = ) I've began crossfitt with a few buddies at work. One guy has been doing it for some time now, and me and my other buddy have just started. Personally I didn't really want to do it because I didn't want to burn to many calories...

When I bring in my workout book, I'll put the sets, reps. Its seems like a great plan and I love to always change my workouts so that I grow and not hit any road blocks.
