Slow digesting carbs such as sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice...that sort of thing. Those would all be good, imo.

Certainly building quite the physique already. Thick traps, very good work on delts, biceps/triceps and forearms. Solid chest/pecs and good abs on the way. Great job so far and continued success. André
