Glad to have been able to help!!! Anytime you need a pep talk stop on by.. I am going to be doing Plyometrics today :) and 30 minutes of cardio.

Mike I know what you say about kickin yourself in the behind to get doin it. But you know darn well you feel better when you do. So on your least motivated days focus on how you feel when your done. Not how your feeling before you start.. gets me going. :)
