When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
I am so tired of being BIG. Everyone always tells me I'm just big and not fat. Well they never see me with my shirt off and I'm not happy with what I see. I haven't been under 250 pounds since my junior year in High School and made it through many years in the military because I run fast and am strong. Now I want to reverse all of that and be lean. I am leaving active duty in the next few weeks to go back into a nursing career. This will be a BIG change but I will use the GYM to get me over the anxiety.
Why I Love It:
I feel healthier, energetic, and alot more positive about myself after a good hard workout. I am starting to feel and see the better parts of me as I get in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have never had a problem with motivation. Just need to channel it in the right direction.
BB Accomplishments:
Right now I am just beginning so I would have to say the reduction in my total body fat by 6% and a very high increase in cardio.

I currently weigh 295 pounds and want to get down to at least 220 pounds. I was concentrating on heavy weight lifting and I kept getting heavier and eating more. Now I will shift more to cardio and doing Keto until I shed the fat so I can build it back up in muscle.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Jessica Alba's body under mine. LOL Oops I don't think that is what ya'll were asking. I really don't know but I know I want a slim waist and a proportioned upper and lower body.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
That's what I've been over the past year. A failure! Gained so much weight that I got up to 302. I'm now down to 269 and making progress. Last year was a failure. My health got bad and was put on medicine for high blood pressure and dysrhythmia medication. Never took a med in my life and suddenly...

Going to start a new supplement stack. MuscleTech Hardcore Shredded Stack plus adding in Cryotest with the stack (21 days). Going to start this after I get off the nightshift here at the end of the month. Hard to keep a good meal plan when switching between nights and days.
