When I was in the sixth grade I began curling dumbbells as I waited for the bus before school. I got the idea after noticing a pair in my best friends room and havent stopped since.
Why I Love It:
When I lift everything else disappears and only the weight and I are left.

Hey VM, I just used the stones today and dang, they worked well. I used them on Deadlift day after the tire flips. Lemme know if you use em, I'll be curious to hear your thoughts.
