I have been training for various things for over 10 years. From Bodybuilding, to Semi-Pro Football, to Track and Field, and Kick Boxing...I train for the specific sport of MY choice.
Why I Love It:
Your body is a temple. Taking care of it is a full time job, but very satisfying. I love the pump. I love the knowledge that as I get stronger my sport performance will be better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a trainer. My clients are my inspiration. Seeing what they can achieve makes me want to keep going.

I need to get into a powerlifting weight class I can manage. I'm thinking the 205-215 range with a chance of cutting down to the 190's for a competition. We will just have to wait and see. I want to lose weight and increase stength...crazy? I THINK NOT!!!
Okay...so my weight is settling down again. Alcohol and unlimited food equals serious water retention. I knew I was bloated because my wedding ring didn't fit, and before I left for the weekend it was almost falling off. Okay..a minor set back...already lost 3 lbs. of water, so I should be...
