"Put on more lean muscle while maintaining my wieght under 160, and get my quads and hamstrings to split more for deeper cuts and striations. Also, hopes on my winging scapula and multi-directional slippage in my shoulder gets better."
I was always active but was not allowed to play sports. All the coaches wanted me to play football, track etc...but I couldn't. The only sport I was able to do was BMX. I raced my bike back then when I was 13-14 yrs old. It kept me in really good shape, plus I practiced Martial arts on my free time. During High School, I was really into Breakdancing, doing all these crazy upper body moves that required a lot of balance and strength. It was the closest I can get to gymnastics. After high school, I started working a lot, about 50-60 hour weeks with only 1 meal a day with strenuous physical labor. I always had a big appetite and ate like nobody's business. But this job would make you forget about it. After about 2-3 years, my friends were telling me that I got way too skinny. My head was looking ridiculous on my body, IT LOOKED TOO BIG FOR MY THE REST OF MY BODY!!! LOL. So this new fitness center was getting built and it was beautiful. So I signed up and have been with them since they opened. Like anyone else, your first time around, you just follow what everyone else does and ask questions. You will hear the same thing over and over about workouts, protein, etc etc..I just got fed up one day and asked myself, "Why am I getting advice from these people? It has been like over a year or more and they look the same, or worse. But we all workout hard, and come to the gym. What the hell is missing?" Then I realized that nobody had a solid foundation or knowledge of the human body. So I went with the basics, Education. I figure, how the hell am I going to change my body if I don't even know what everything inside me does or what its functions are? So, I learned about anatomy, physiology, biology, etc. Then I learned what helped keep all of that working, “FOOD!!” Next came, "Nutrition" what your body needs in calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients. Then came the physical activity. "Working Out" which I found to be only about 10% of this "fitness equation" Lastly, it was "Supplementation" So with this new found knowledge, I was able to slowly put this all together, and now I feel great, look great and actually feel smarter!! lol
Why I Love It:
Like everyone on this site, it takes a lot of discipline, responsibility, dedication, consistency, and most importantly, perseverance, "There is no substitute for hard work" I feel that the harder it is for me, the better I will become. That goes with anything in life for me. It keeps me ambitious and balances my life mentally, socially and phyiscally, which also helps financially. Life is all about balance, and this is what works for me.
100% Drug-free, alcohol-Free, smoke-free my entire life.
No ephedra, fat burners, pro hormones! I am proud of it. 8.5 years I have added 13 pounds solid and true muscle index.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is not about motivation. It is my lifestyle and part of my life. It keeps me breathing and feeling good. It is a full time job. We all get up to go to work to support our lifestyles with no hesitation, it is nature for us, we all pump gas at $5 a gallon because we need to. Staying fit is my fuel to keep on going to help me succeed in all avenues of my life.
BB Accomplishments:
Myself and who I have become today. My bodybuilding awards are just reminders of my hard work and nice paperweights and for dust mites to breed.

Put on more lean muscle while maintaining my wieght under 160, and get my quads and hamstrings to split more for deeper cuts and striations. Also, hopes on my winging scapula and multi-directional slippage in my shoulder gets better.
Goal (Long):
I like competing in the the 154 and under. I don't believe in putting a lot of weight on, when it is completely useless, when dieting. Maintaining a lean index while in the off season, promotes a healthier lifestyle, better cardiovascular functions and it is a lot easier to diet down for a competition. You will preserver more muscle and become harder and more dense while maintaining carbs and fats.
