How I Started:
The Charles Atlas comic book adds made me ask during X-mas for a K-mart 110 pounds weight set ( as far as I can remember ) I also remember doing lots of pull ups and push ups ( LOL ), I was also a weak runt during High School. I was probably the most puny and skinny student of my High School ever... I think I got sick of the feeling and started the whole lifting thing in order to feel better!
Why I Love It:
I ENJOY THE CHALLENGE DURING THE WORKOUTS, THE AWESOME PUMP AT THE END, THE PAIN ENDURED DURING THE HEALING PROCESS. I THINK I AM ADDICTED TO THIS THING. IS THERE A BODYBUILDING ANONYMOUS NEAR ME? LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
I HAVE SOME FAVORITE BODYBUILDERS ( CLASSICAL AND NEW ONES )THAT KEEP ME MOTIVATED: RUHL AND FERRIGNO ( TO MENTION A PAIR ), ALSO THE BIG DUDES AT MY GYM MAKE ME REALIZE HOW SMALL I AM AND THAT ALSO KEEPS ME MOTIVATED...

Your a freakin beast bro! I'm just really starting to get a loose handle on what I should be eating and when. There are so many different meal plans to follow from so many different people that it's kinda exausting! We have similar body types according to our stats so any advice?
