I'd like to be considered as hardcore when it comes to bodybuilding. I've always loved Bodybuilding, but I originally started lifting water-filled milk jugs and doing situps in my room to get in shape to impress some girl when we went swimming.
Why I Love It:
I want to be an IFBB Pro someday. I also enjoy seeing the changes in my physique and being on stage is the biggest high.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a perfectionist, which can be bad in some cases, but when it comes to bodybuilding, it's the perfect personality type to have. Never satisfied and always judging myself. I can handle the truth.
BB Accomplishments:
(1)Won the teenage overall in my first two shows. (2)Placed 3rd in a national qualifier. (3) Teen Bodybuilder of the Week. (4) Started own Bodybuilding Routine Music Mixing Company at age 18.
(5) Placed 2nd in Open Middleweights, earned National Qualification and Won Best Poser Award!

I have a question for ya ...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that schedule will actually get me results?
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
Life kinda gets in your way when you live on your own.... Other responsiblities come up and stuff. Glad to get my contract with Cytogenix have to compete at least once a year so will be doing Musclemania and Southern States. Hoping to qualify for Nationals at Southern States.
Well this last offseason last for about 10 years so don't have that much time this time around :-) LOL... I am actually staying same Bf even going down a bit as i go into thi soffseason.
