2nd day- shoulders,bi,tri,forearms
3rd day- rest day
4th day- rest day
5th day- chest,triceps
6th day- back,biceps,forearms
7th day- rest day
I have made it after many months of practice, i have have a liking for it.
it helps to build mass,and also helps specific areas(which for me are forearms,bi,tri)
it may be help-ful to others ,if u need any details i am ready to explain.
Some times i go for intensity technices , while otherwise i go for heavy power workouts.
Remember ONE workout does not make your life,so u should make a workout scheme which you enjoy dealing with
