How I Started: TO BE TRUE MY TEACHER GAVE ME 'CORPORAL PUNISHMENT' ,{AT THAT TIME I WAS THIN} THEN IN MY VACATION I STARTED EATING A LOT TO BE THAT POWERFUL..BUT AFTER SOME TIME I REALISED THAT I WAS LOVING EATING MORE THAN EXERCISING........AFTER that i shifted to a hostel in some other state ,since then i found out that I have to become a great-name one day .My workout and control over lifestyle confers me the power to become stronger mentally and physically
Why I Love It: BEing strong means more expressive and a bodybuilder who can tolerate much pain,can surely walk tall.
How I Stay Motivated: Arnold SCH. is the man which I respect in the world most ,his name in my mind keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments: I have gained a lot of power till I started and become more pain resistant.

probably - the last cheat food in my three months cycle. I'll not

be doing heavy lifting for a month and a half , coz I'll be

preparing for my exams and can't eat 6 times a day.........During

I have not forgot my password :) I just don't have any time to blog. I do get on and check everyone's progress. DOn't think I"m not working out just because I'm not blogging, I am sticking faithfully to my diet and exercise. I have made some good progress too. I'll have to take some time, hopefully soon, and update my stats and post new pictures. I wish I had more time in a day but I just don't :(

are yaar not geting good carbs and healthy fats...........protein also non veg like beef is not very good here.....so have to rely on chicken and fish...
