Hey man, just a quick question concerning fat loss. I am on a "vicious cut" at the moment for spring/summer time. Currently I am undertaking the Velocity diet for a month- - one of the toughest diet's I've ever encountered. I am 5'8 and weight 250- - but with some good muscle underneath some fat. In your opinion do you think once I actually get down to a 15% and lower body fat it woul d be dramatically noticable- - for example such as yourself?
