Review: The bottle lasted for 50 days.Great focus,amazing pumps and high energy levels through out the workout.I got the best pumps in the second and third weeks of usage. I still remember the second week chest/triceps day when i finished my last set of decline bench press and took of my shirt in front of the mirror...all i could say was 'WOW'!!!...I never had pumps like that in my entire life. I gained some weight ,about 4.5 kgs at the end of usage of this.Not all muscles,some water retention weight is there which is normal while using all creatine products.The worst part was its taste.I tried leamon lime flavour,really difficult to gulp it down. There was a tickling sensation all over the body sometime after taking it due to the presence of beta-alanine.And i almost forgot I was able to lift more.Overall great product and highly reccomended for anyone who is looking for some mindblowing pumps
