Brenzig
Brenzig Hey bro, this site can be rough but research high glycemic and low glycemic carbs. Google glycemic index. You should try to get 30-40g protein every meal and add a ton of low glycemic carbs to every meal. Post work out have something high glycemic with yet another 40g of protein. Drink a ton of water, don't go over 2kmg-3kmg of sodium a day and maybe some post work out cardio will help water retention. it won't be bad. Dec 6, 2009 5:09pm
