How I Started:
Played field hockey in high school, lifting was part of the training. Stopped when I left for college and got back into it my sophomore year.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changes! The rush of working out is completely awesome too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing abs starting to peek is great motivation. My jeans getting to be continually more loose is great too.
BB Accomplishments:
Being abe to successfully complete a true pull up! Squatting more than my body weight for reps.

Taken my sophomore year of college after becoming a bum and eating crappy school food for more than a year. I was just starting some lifting and cardio
side note: the bruises were from a fencing class Id just started, LOL
These were from lighting tests, dont judge my expression, lol... this just showed my body (as far as for comparison) the best!

What leg workout has worked best for you?
Squats! and the good ol' kneeling glute kickback, love those darned things! Romanian Deadlifts are amazing as well.

Lol! It's a little bit of a battle, seeing as I inherited weird genetics from my family! (syrian) Which makes me curvier/more prone to putting on weight...and I fight to keep it off, so now I had to up my cardio (which I hate) :(. Haha, but I'm just whiny I guess! :P
