How I Started:
On my first deployment with the military I had nothing better to do when I wasn't working 14hr days.
Why I Love It:
I just feel better all around, mentally focused and physically more solid and healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing who I am physically and mentally are not the same and that I'll never be satisfied till I reach my goal and maintain it.
