Played collegiate baseball for 4 years and now am looking to have the all around muscular look, instead of the baseball image.

I take protein and occasionly will do a cycle of creatine, but that is it. I have high blood pressure so I'm cautious about any other supplements

Looking at 150. I keep fluctuating from 143 to 145. Starting 1/1 I will really focus on adding the extra mass. I plan on taking it slow, maybe shoot for a 5 to 6 month goal.

Hey Viper!! Thank you. Training is going great, as I'm getting stronger every week. My bodyfat is determined to stay at this 19.6 and is driving me crazy! LOL... not sure what else I can do. I just want to blast it with dynamite, you know? How are things with you and school? I could use your knowledge about now... otherwise I'll have to go back to school myself... LOL

going good. Took week off from the gym. I was feeling run down. Right now at 190. Gonna stsart cuting in a few weeks. I cant wait!

Thanks. Great job on the weight. I'm going try to really track what I eat starting 1/1. I think at times I short my self on calories and protein. If I want to make gains I need to be more focused.

I will weigh in tonight. Shirts are not fitting anymore and jeans are getting more tight in the rear and legs. Hows your training overall going?
