Played collegiate baseball for 4 years and now am looking to have the all around muscular look, instead of the baseball image.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me a high that makes me continue to always improve. There is always some area of my body that I will always want to improve.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by getting on here and reading about other individuals who are dedicated to this just as I am.
BB Accomplishments:
Working on reaching my fitness goals with a 6 day routine.
This will be the upcoming workout format to which I will be working within the next week.
I am currently recovering from a rotator surgery. I have been doing rehab work, but am so burnt out with doing this ****.
Time to get back into the real world of hardcore thrashing again.
Looking at 150. I keep fluctuating from 143 to 145. Starting 1/1 I will really focus on adding the extra mass. I plan on taking it slow, maybe shoot for a 5 to 6 month goal.
Hey Viper!! Thank you. Training is going great, as I'm getting stronger every week. My bodyfat is determined to stay at this 19.6 and is driving me crazy! LOL... not sure what else I can do. I just want to blast it with dynamite, you know? How are things with you and school? I could use your knowledge about now... otherwise I'll have to go back to school myself... LOL
Thanks. Great job on the weight. I'm going try to really track what I eat starting 1/1. I think at times I short my self on calories and protein. If I want to make gains I need to be more focused.
no giving up! it will happen, trust me. it took me awhile...its a total learning process. my legs have been my nemesis from day one but all of a sudden they're exploding.
