First day back from Germany and had a great arm workout!

In Germany for yet another wonderful week! Havent touched the weights in over a week n half... tough but the shoulder needs to heal!

Results all positive!! Stretch my supraspinatus tendon on the backside of my right shoulder.. Should be all good soon and back to the grind!

Appointment Wednesday for my MRI results! Hoping for the best! =)

So just attempted to do a chest workout, FAIL.... shoulder did not feel good =(, I want my MRI results!

referred to an orthopedic surgeon... maybe off base they will actually do something! hopefully no torn ligaments....

down to 185 n a week left in the desert! maintain while eating clean n lifting hard!

Tied for 1st on base squat comp. did 515lbs with video to prove... could have done more! =) feelin stronger than ever!

Set two PR's in tonights leg workout! Squating 405x10reps and leg pressing 810x10reps=)... I'm going to be sore, but it's all worth it!
